FAQ XERO SHOES
Why Xero Shoes
Your feet are meant to bend, to move, to flex, to Feel The World®. Xero Shoes let them do that.
Your sole is the foundation for your body, and the Xero Shoes patented FeelTrue® soles are the foundation of all their shoes and sandals. They let you connect to the world, give you just-right protection, and are durable enough that they have a 12 month materials warranty. Add the foot-first designs on top of those soles and you have a footwear line that’s all about what’s natural.
Product Care
We recommend hand washing your Xero’s in warm water with a mild detergent. Please allow them to air dry afterwards. Placing your shoes in the washer or dryer may result in deformation and will not be covered under warranty.
What is the difference between the Z-Trek and the Z-Trail
The main difference between the Z-Trek and Z-Trail is the sole. The Z-Trek has a 5.5 mm solid rubber sole that is extremely flexible and allows the most ground-feel. The Z-Trail sole has a 10 mm sole made up of 3 materials: rubber and Trail Foam for the outsole, and a soft layer of Barefoam for the top sole. While still light and flexible, the Z-Trail sole does not offer as much ground-feel.
Materials Warranty
Xero Shoes are guaranteed against manufacturer defects for 12 months from the date of purchase.
