Products usually ship within 2 business days from the date of order. A confirmation email will be sent upon payment, and an additional email with tracking information will be sent upon shipment.
For product returns, a $5 restocking fee is applied, the shipping charges are not covered by Vital Feet and are the responsibility of the customer. Please refer to our return policy for more information.
At this time we are shipping to Canada only.
We understand that an order does not always work out.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. A $5 restocking fee is applied to all returns.
All returns/exchanges require a return authorization number that can be acquired by contacting us at support@vitalfeet.com. To complete your return please contact support@vitalfeet.com and reference your order number and product details.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. A $5 restocking fee is applied to the refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged when they are received. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email with your order number and product details and preferably a photo supporting the defect or damaged to support@vitalfeet.com.
Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Vital Feet, 2921 Humes Rd, Duncan BC V9L 6N5, Canada.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
